Progress or gallery issues

• Complete the current level to unlock its portrait in the gallery.
• Return to Home, then reopen Gallery if a new-unlock indicator has not refreshed.
• Progress is stored locally. Deleting MuseFrame may permanently remove completed levels and settings.

Hints and extra moves

MuseFrame begins with three complimentary hints shared across the game. After they are used, you may choose to watch a rewarded video for another hint.

If a level runs out of moves, a rewarded video can add five moves. Closing that offer ends the current attempt and returns you to Home.

An advertisement will not load

• Confirm that the device has a stable internet connection.
• Temporarily disable network filters that may block advertising services.
• Wait a moment and try again; an ad may not always be available.

A reward is granted only after the rewarded video reports successful completion.

Audio or haptic feedback

Open MuseFrame Settings to control Music, Sound, and Vibration separately. Also check the device volume, Silent Mode, and system haptic settings.

Change the language

MuseFrame supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese.

The game follows the device or per-app preferred language. On supported iOS versions, open Settings → Apps → MuseFrame → Language.

Advertising privacy choices

Where required, MuseFrame Settings displays a Privacy Options row. Use it to review or change the choices presented through Google's consent platform.
